Hi everyone, I'm an expat living in Seoul and looking to buy a used 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe (TM) for my family. I found a great deal on the SK Encar app with the 'Encar Guarantee' (엔카보증). Has anyone bought a car as a foreigner recently? I have my Alien Registration Card (ARC) and a Korean bank account. Do I still need a Korean citizen to act as a sponsor, or is the ARC enough to register it at the Gu office? Thanks!
